We are seeking a Senior Prompt Engineer with a strong bias toward action to work with one of our major clients. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to understand business challenges, data sources, and success metrics for projects and systems integrated with AI models. * Build agents and other software systems with integration capabilities. * Possess the knowledge and mindset to deliver high-quality training to business teams. * Design and execute experiments with LLMs. * Evaluate model performance and experimental results, iterating rapidly based on findings. * Present findings, data-driven insights, and actionable recommendations for next steps—both to technical and, primarily, non-technical audiences. * Contribute ideas and insights, and apply innovative evaluation methodologies to design product features that leverage LLM capabilities. Knowledge Base: * Solid understanding of GenAI models, their differences, applications, and available tools in the market. * Familiarity with backend development, API construction in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or equivalent. * Knowledge of interacting with AI models via APIs. * Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and deployment management in Kubernetes environments. Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with Project Management domains is a strong plus. * Experience building emerging technologies integrated with LLMs—such as RAGs, MCPs, or multi-agent systems. * Familiarity with data science methodologies (data analysis, evals, or advanced statistical analysis techniques). * Experience in machine learning (e.g., ML model inference and training). Solid experience with AI platforms and applications. Broad market awareness of AI, with the ability to assess various tools and approaches.
