Orientation and training of medical and nursing teams Position: Pharmacist Shift: 12x36 Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Requirements: Completed undergraduate degree in Pharmacy Active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF) Responsibilities: Supervise the team and dispensing of materials and medications; Maintain updated operational procedures and the pharmacy's good practice manual; Organize and participate in internal and external events aimed at sector training and development; Supervise the fractioning and/or labeling of solid and liquid medications; Supervise the return process of materials and medications: computerized system and restocking; Evaluate medical prescriptions to detect possible errors; Provide guidance on medications to nursing departments; Analyze prescriptions for non-standardized medications, ensuring compliance with standardization established by the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee (CFT); Guide medical and nursing teams on procedures for dispensing and administering strategic component medications (e.g., HIV, tuberculosis), and submit related requests to CAES; Request sera, vaccines, and rapid tests from the Municipal Epidemiological Surveillance; Submit required documentation for dispensing specialized component medications to the Twentieth Regional Health Office; Control loans of materials and medications to other institutions; Conduct inventory counts for medications listed in Ordinance No. 344/98 and Category A items from the Pharmaceutical Supply Center (CAF), central pharmacy, and satellite pharmacies; Monitor expiration dates of materials and medications; Supervise emergency trolley usage across departments; Prepare chemotherapy medications, when necessary, following internal good preparation practice procedures; Supervise proper disposal of health-related waste—including expired materials and medications—in accordance with the HNSC Waste Management Plan; Supervise temperature and humidity control of storage areas and refrigerator temperatures, complying with ANVISA regulations for storing medications and health materials.
