Position: Driver Workload: 220 hours per month Work schedule: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM – Monday to Thursday / 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM – Friday **Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out the transportation of employees, materials/equipment, medications, or documents for internal or external demands whenever requested via Service Order through Tasy, email, or phone call, following priority criteria as indicated by the Director's Secretary; * Check and perform vehicle maintenance/inspections according to guidelines and deadlines specified in vehicle manuals, or whenever necessary, at authorized service centers or mechanical workshops; * Practice driving in compliance with traffic laws, carefully applying defensive driving techniques and adhering to safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and refueling, as well as check water levels, oil, and tire pressure upon return from trips outside the city; * Record lunch break times on timecards whenever engaged in external assignments; * Record mileage traveled for the department in a specific spreadsheet whenever fulfilling area requests; * Ensure accessories of vehicles are properly maintained and functional, such as GPS, vehicle radio, and mobile phone chargers; * Request invoices or receipts for expenses incurred during external trips, complying with travel policy limits set by Rede Santa Catarina, entering expense data and generating reports in the Expense Reporting and Approval System; * Enter reports on the usage of 99 Taxi services into the invoice approval system, including cost allocation tracking among user departments; * Recharge and monitor the use of electronic toll payment devices (ConectCar/Sem Parar); * Maintain confidentiality and discretion while transporting information, documents, or passengers. **Requirements:** * High school diploma completed; * Valid Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Proven experience in the role; * Availability for flexible working hours; * Basic knowledge of preventive mechanics and familiarity with local routes and regions will be an advantage; * Customer service orientation and ethical conduct. **Desired Profile:** Ethics, commitment, good communication skills, responsibility, punctuality, professional discretion and confidentiality, courteous service attitude, organizational skills, and care for vehicles.
