We seek an **Electromechanical Technician** to comprehensively support our maintenance operations, integrating operational technical expertise with management and negotiation capabilities. **Responsibilities:** * **Installation and Assembly:** Execute wiring, distribution board, switch, and electrical component installations, ensuring compliance with technical standards. * **Corrective and Preventive Maintenance:** Identify faults, conduct tests, repair electrical systems, and replace components such as circuit breakers, cables, and fuses. * **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to guide installations, maintenance, and development of new projects. * **Measurement and Calibration:** Use precision instruments (multimeters, ammeters, and megohmmeters) to verify continuity, resistance, and system functionality. * **Efficiency and Improvement:** Propose adjustments to optimize energy performance and actively participate in preventive maintenance programs. * **Safety and Documentation:** Strictly adhere to safety regulations (PPEs/Regulatory Norms) and document all services and measurements in control reports. **What You Bring:** * **Education:** Completed high school with a **Technical Course in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering**, or related fields. * **Experience:** Practical experience in the field, with **1 to 2 years** of proven work in the area. * Proficiency in **Maintenance Management** (planning, preventive and corrective maintenance). * Skill in **Negotiation Management** (interaction with suppliers of parts and technical services). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (essential for reporting and controls). * **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with the **Nomus ERP** system. * **Safety:** Practical knowledge of technical standards and proper use of PPEs (NR-10 recommended). ***Benefits*** * Flexible Caju card (VA/VR) R$650.00; * Caju attendance bonus up to R$150.00; * Life and personal accident insurance; * Workplace gymnastics; * Transportation allowance (VT) or mobility assistance; * Unimed health plan (no monthly premium deduction); * Dental plan; * Childcare assistance; * Pharmacy discount program; Work Location: Laguna - SC Work Model: On-site Compensation: R$2,300.00 - R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed Technical degree in Electromechanics or related fields (Electrical/Electrotechnical)? * Do you have 1 to 2 years of verified professional experience in maintenance/electrical installation?
