Conduct daily team monitoring to ensure availability of appropriate materials and equipment, aiming to safeguard professionals' safety and service excellence for users. * Ensure, guide, and deliver first aid services to users of the road network who are victims of accidents or sudden illness, following established emergency protocols and activating support services—such as SAMU (Mobile Emergency Care Service), Fire Department, and air rescue—whenever necessary, for victim assessment, stabilization, and removal. * Support the medical coordinator and emergency physicians in victim triage and in monitoring backup hospitals, maintaining contact with these facilities whenever required, including during the absence of the medical coordinator or emergency physician. * Manage and comply with regulatory agency requirements—including COREN (Federal Nursing Council), Health Surveillance, and ARTESP (São Paulo State Road Transport Agency)—as well as conduct campaigns, track deadlines, licenses, audits, and other demands in accordance with the Quality Management System’s standards and procedures. * Ensure that both operational and non-operational activities are continuously monitored and controlled, keeping direct and indirect leadership and other departments informed about major incidents. Submit daily relevant information to leadership and involved departments via email and/or telephone contact. * Supervise the availability and proper functioning of operational resources, monitoring systems, equipment, and other resources; request maintenance and propose improvements whenever necessary, aiming for excellence in service delivery. * Represent the company as its legal representative in judicial proceedings, attending hearings across various levels of the Judiciary, gathering information, evidence, and reports pertinent to cases, and jointly defining strategies with the Legal Department. * Provide general guidelines for PHA service operations and treatment protocols, based on up-to-date scientific literature, recognized technical credibility, and industry best practices. * Keep updated records and information of all nursing professionals working for the company/institution and collaborate with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA). * Perform activities in compliance with Motiva’s Golden Rules, aiming to prevent unsafe behaviors and contribute to workplace safety and comprehensive oversight of work routines.
