Below are the responsibilities and requirements for this position: Responsibilities: * Conduct requirements analysis and elicitation for projects * Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets * Manage project teams and allocate necessary resources for each project * Monitor and report project progress to senior management * Identify and propose improvements to project management processes and methodologies Requirements: * Proven experience in project management * Knowledge of agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban * Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team * Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project or Trello
