Analytical, organized professional with strong technical interpretation skills **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Contract Analyst to provide technical and administrative support for industrial construction contracts, ensuring compliance, organization, and alignment among scope, proposals, and execution. We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong technical interpretation skills. Responsibilities: Assist in consolidating technical and commercial proposals. Support the review of draft contracts, identifying risks and requirements. Monitor and organize construction records for technical and documentary support. Prepare scope change reports, supporting contract management. Conduct scope and contractual requirement analyses, ensuring adherence between contracted and executed work. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Availability to work on-site in Tubarão/SC. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Contract administration experience is desirable. Experience in industrial construction budgeting is desirable.
