If you’re passionate about payroll routines, enjoy working with labor legislation, payroll processing, and believe that well-executed processes ensure security, transparency, and trust, this opportunity is for you! **At SLN, people build projects—and we build people.** **What you’ll do here:** * Process and verify the **payroll**, vacations, 13th salary, terminations, and social charges; * Carry out **hiring, dismissals, leaves of absence, and contractual changes**; * Calculate and verify labor and social security charges (**INSS, FGTS, IRRF**) as well as ancillary obligations (**eSocial, DCTFWeb, EFD-Reinf, and FGTS Digital**); * Monitor and verify **electronic timekeeping**, overtime hours, absences, leaves of absence, and medical certificates; * Manage **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health insurance, among others); * Provide **support and assistance to employees**, clarifying questions regarding payroll routines; * Ensure compliance with **labor, social security legislation, and collective bargaining agreements**; * Prepare **reports, reconciliations, and monthly closings**; * Work on the **Dominium system**, performing entries, reconciliations, and integrations. **What we’re looking for:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources**, or related fields; * Proven experience in **Payroll**; * Solid knowledge of **labor and social security legislation**; * Experience with **payroll processing and full-cycle payroll routines**; * Proficiency in the **Dominium system** (Mandatory); * Knowledge of the Factorial system (a plus); * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**; * Organized, responsible profile with strong attention to detail; * Good communication skills, ethics, and ability to work collaboratively; * Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple simultaneous tasks. **What we offer:** **SLN Benefits:** * Salary R$ 3000.00 + Productivity bonus of R$ 500.00 * Health benefits through the **Starbem** platform; * Dental plan; * Life insurance; * Wellhub plan; * Transportation allowance; * Meals at the company; * **Birthday Day Off;** * Collaborative and organized work environment; * Professional recognition and growth opportunities; * Working Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday through Thursday, and from 08:00 to 17:00 on Friday. * 100% On-site work. **Workplace: Alameda Camara Filho – Parque Oeste Industrial – Goiânia – GO** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week | **Employment type:** CLT **At SLN, your work is recognized and valued.** We believe that building well means building with people, organized processes, and respect for regulations.
