Monitor lease agreements and control related entries. **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Financial Analyst to process and manage tax and financial routines, ensuring accuracy in entries, tax compliance, document organization, and efficiency in cash, reimbursement, and accounts payable processes according to established standards. Responsibilities: Process invoice entries by reviewing documents, purchase orders, and recording them in the system. Verify invoices issued against the company to prevent errors and improper charges. Resolve invoice discrepancies by comparing with purchase orders or measurements and contacting responsible departments. Record taxes and withholdings to support accounting and ensure generation of tax payment slips. Maintain contact with suppliers for tax clarifications, cancellations, and reissuance of documents. Issue transfer invoices for materials between construction sites. Generate invoices for industrialization, returns, repairs, and other purposes. Monitor lease agreements, controlling entries, taxes, and security deposits. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, or related fields. Experience in finance, especially in routines such as financial entries, cash closing, reimbursements, construction site cash handling, and accounts payable.
