**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the management of the entire company fleet infrastructure (trucks and cars), including both owned and leased vehicles. Support in planning, distributing, and monitoring routes. Daily monitoring of each employee’s productivity. Support in managing leased vehicles and machinery. Measurement of leased vehicles’ and machinery’s productivity. Interface with and oversight of freight carriers. Analysis and monitoring of tracking devices, tachographs, and hour meters. Analyze, monitor, and plan vehicle-related expenses; oversee maintenance and fleet efficiency. Responsible for receiving and preparing new vehicles, as well as managing vehicle inventory, fueling, washing, and relocation. Monitor payment of traffic fines, vehicle licensing, and documentation. Prepare reports on mileage, expenses, losses, and fuel costs. Verify driver’s licenses (CNH), point records, and license renewals for all drivers and operators. Fueling: Register and monitor fuel transactions in the system. Register vehicle checklists in the system. Other related duties. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. Solid experience in the role.
