Basic configuration of routers and ONUs We are seeking an Internal Technical Support Analyst (Telecom) to join a telecommunications company located in Cachoeirinha/RS. This is a CLT position with a monthly salary of R$ 1\.907,93 \+ benefits. The work schedule follows a 6×1 rotation, with working hours to be agreed upon. **Responsibilities:** * Receptive customer support (phone and chat/WhatsApp) for resolving connectivity issues; * Remote diagnosis of network failures (fiber optic/radio); * Basic configuration of routers and ONUs; * Creating service tickets and escalating to the field technical team when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of computer networks and internet; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work on a 6×1 schedule\. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in IT/Networking. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance; * Health insurance; * Birthday day off; * Gympass; * Meal allowance.
