The professional will be responsible for the operational, administrative, and financial management of the condominium, working directly with the syndic (condominium manager), board of directors, residents, and internal staff. * Management of condominium staff (cleaning, security, maintenance, and service providers); * Mediation of conflicts among residents, staff, and suppliers; * Preparation of budgets and procurement; * Inventory and consumables control; * Monitoring and supervision of contracts; * Support in financial planning and expense control; * Preparation of reports and administrative routines; * Ensuring compliance with the condominium bylaws, internal regulations, and technical standards; * Proposing improvements focused on prevention and problem resolution; * Resident support and assistance during general meetings when required. We seek a professional with proven experience in condominium management, leadership profile, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and capacity to make balanced and responsible decisions. Requirements and Qualifications **Requirements:** * Proven experience in condominium management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Ability to budget, purchase, and manage inventory; * Experience supporting financial planning and contract monitoring; * Familiarity with condominium management software and electronic security systems; * Knowledge of condominium legislation, bylaws, internal regulations, and technical standards (NBRs/ABNT); * Conflict mediation skills; * Leadership and people management; * Strong communication, organization, and emotional control; * Proactive profile, focused on prevention and problem resolution. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience preparing reports and performing administrative routines; * Experience participating in general meetings and providing direct resident support. * Technical or undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields Additional Information * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance Compensation: R$3\.300,00 \- R$3\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
