




**Your main responsibilities will be:** * Execute onboarding and offboarding processes, CTPS/CD registration, employment contracts, terminations, and homologations. * Calculate and verify salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, vacation pay, 13th salary, and statutory charges (INSS, FGTS). * Generate and submit periodic and non-periodic events; comply with RAIS, DIRF, CAGED (where applicable), and other obligations within established deadlines. * Manage planning and utilization of collective transportation, VA/VR, health/dental plans, life insurance, and related internal policies. * Monitor electronic/biometric time tracking, hour banks, work schedules, and absences (INSS, maternity/paternity leave, etc.). * Track ASOs (admissional, periodic, termination), PCMSO/PPRA/LT (or PGR), in partnership with Occupational Safety. * Clarify questions regarding contracts, rights, internal policies, vacations, absences, and benefits. * Maintain up-to-date employee files, organize dossiers, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality. * Support internal/external audits and implement labor compliance improvements. * Suggest automation, process adjustments, and procedure updates based on legal changes. **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or Accounting; * Solid experience in Payroll Department; * Experience with e-Social and ancillary obligations. * Knowledge of Labor Legislation; * Experience in hiring, termination, and payroll calculation processes; * Familiarity with payroll systems and ERP software; * Proficiency in Excel and Word; * Desired: Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS).
