Forklift Maintenance Mechanic \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts, pallet jacks, electric tow tractors; replace parts; perform adjustments; clean machines; mount tires and hoses; evaluate materials required for various services and submit requests for missing items to facilitate procurement. • Ensure custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment and workplace; uphold individual and collective safety by using appropriate personal protective equipment. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts, including inspections, adjustments, and repairs. • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures and problems in equipment. * Replace damaged parts and components, such as motors, transmissions, hydraulic and electrical systems. • Maintain detailed records of performed maintenance and replaced parts. • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company procedures. • Collaborate with the logistics team to plan and schedule maintenance, minimizing operational impact. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs to stay updated on new technologies and procedures.
