Contribution to production targets Work in the Cutting Department, assisting in manual marking of pieces, as well as receiving and verifying shipments and cut pieces, checking quantity, quality, and specifications against the Production Order; assisting in other departmental routines to maintain continuity of the production process and contribute to achieving production targets, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. 1\. Receive and verify shipments of uppers, upper linings, insole linings, and other trimmings, checking the quality and quantity of cut pieces against specifications in the Production Order, aiming to ensure compliance with standards and Luiza Barcelos product quality. 2\. Notify the department supervisor of any nonconformities identified, ensuring awareness and implementation of necessary or corrective actions. 3\. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of machines and materials in the area. 4\. Work in accordance with technical, quality, safety, environmental, and health standards and procedures. 5\. Participate in internal training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to your area of responsibility. 6\. Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules.
