




Job Summary: Pharmacist Manager responsible for operational, personnel, financial, and technical management of the pharmacy, ensuring excellence in service delivery and regulatory compliance. Pharmacy Operations Management – Coordinate daily store activities to ensure efficient and compliant operations, supervising sales, customer service, inventory, cash handling, and goods receipt. 2. Financial and Performance Management – Monitor unit financial indicators (sales, margin, expenses, losses) and implement sales action plans. 4. Customer Service and Service Excellence – Ensure high standards of customer service, guiding and supporting the team to secure customer loyalty and strengthen the pharmacy’s brand image. 5. Pharmaceutical Technical Management – Comply with and enforce ANVISA and Regional Pharmacy Council regulations. 6.
