Collaboration with suppliers, clients, and internal departments We are looking for a **Construction Manager** to handle planning, coordination, and monitoring of construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality, and technical and safety regulations. This professional will be responsible for managing teams and suppliers, as well as aligning design, execution, and outcomes. **Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction execution * Develop and monitor physical\-financial schedules * Control costs, measurements, and project budget * Manage in\-house and subcontracted teams * Monitor execution in accordance with designs and technical specifications * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations * Interface with suppliers, clients, and internal departments * Prepare progress and status reports for construction projects **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications * Experience in schedule management and cost control * Leadership, communication, and decision\-making skills * Knowledge of technical and safety standards (NRs) * Willingness to work on site **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields * Experience with \[residential / commercial / industrial] construction projects * Familiarity with construction project management systems Employment Type: Full\-time CLT Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On\-site
