Focusing on safety and environmental suitability for employees and customers #### **About the position:** The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, safety, and conservation of facilities by performing preventive and corrective basic building maintenance tasks. This professional will support the Facilities team in executing operational activities, contributing to a safe, functional, and suitable environment for employees and customers. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform basic building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, and civil) * Carry out minor repairs, painting, and adjustments to structures and furniture * Support the conservation and organization of environments * Identify and proactively address potential issues (patrols and inspections) * Supervise service providers and maintenance requests * Complete checklists and maintain tools and materials * Perform work at heights following safety regulations #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience in building maintenance or facilities management * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and minor repairs #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Technical or vocational training in the field * NR-10 and/or NR-35 certification * Experience in corporate environments
