The professional will be responsible for customer service, guidance on over-the-counter medications, store organization, and support in the pharmacy’s operational routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service at the counter and by phone; * Clarifying questions about medications and cosmetics products; * Restocking and organizing products on shelves and gondolas; * Cashier operation (if necessary); * Checking product expiration dates; * Supporting inventory control; * Maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization.
