Work locations: South and North Zones of São Paulo (SP). **Responsibilities and Duties** Guide workers regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), and safe work procedures through Safety Dialogues, Onboarding Sessions, and Routine Inspections. Ensure timely installation of collective protective equipment by participating in supplier engagement phases, budgeting, preparation of competitive bidding tables, and planning meetings. Ensure that worker accommodation areas on construction sites comply with all current safety directives through routine internal inspections and procurement requests. Participate in the specification and procurement of collective protective equipment jointly with site engineering and procurement departments to guarantee fulfillment of requirements. Manage updates and compliance of Occupational Safety Programs, such as the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA), the Occupational Medical Control and Health Program (PCMSO), and the Construction Industry Work Conditions and Environment Program (PCMAT), by monitoring needs for revisions and addenda. Ensure necessary conditions for external audits of the Brazilian Habitat Quality and Productivity Program (PBQPH) and ISO 9000 certification, specifically regarding Occupational Safety and Health aspects. Generate, verify, and manage occupational safety documentation—including Service Orders, Checklists, Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA), Work Permits, PPE Records, etc. Authorize work fronts through Preliminary Risk Analysis and Work Permits, addressing occupational safety aspects such as work at height, confined space work, atypical services, etc. Guide ongoing activities on safety and hygiene procedures, associated risks, and elimination or mitigation measures via Safety Dialogues, issuance of Work Permits, training sessions, and on-site inspections. Inspect equipment, site installations, activities, and tools to verify compliance with occupational safety requirements. Conduct inspections of third-party accommodations and generate non-conformance reports, requesting corrective actions to meet mandatory requirements and ensure adequate site conditions. Monitor accident records, investigate incidents, examine conditions, identify root causes, and propose appropriate corrective actions aimed at reducing the accident rate. Issue CATs (Work Accident Communication Forms) for site employees and manage CATs for contractor employees to fulfill legal obligations. Enforce occupational safety legislation by applying all applicable regulatory standards. Prepare reports related to the area—e.g., accidents, time cards, training sessions, accommodation visits—with the aim of generating indicator-based reports for the department. Inspect fire suppression systems to ensure proper functionality if needed. Promote occupational safety campaigns, seminars, meetings, and training sessions to disseminate best practices in occupational safety. Manage and participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) meetings on construction sites as support, convening designated members and leading meetings, including daily operational issues on the agenda. Participate in seminars, training sessions, congresses, and courses to foster professional exchange and development.
