Ensure necessary conditions for external audits of the Brazilian Habitat Quality and Productivity Program (PBQPH) and ISO 9000 certification, specifically regarding Occupational Safety and Health aspects. Generate, verify, and manage occupational safety documentation—including Service Orders, Checklists, Preliminary Risk Analyses (PRA), Work Permits, PPE Records, etc. Authorize work fronts through Preliminary Risk Analysis and Work Permits, addressing occupational safety aspects such as work at height, confined space work, atypical services, etc. Guide ongoing activities on safety and hygiene procedures, associated risks, and elimination or mitigation measures via Safety Dialogues, issuance of Work Permits, training sessions, and on-site inspections. Inspect fire suppression systems to ensure proper functionality if needed. Promote occupational safety campaigns, seminars, meetings, and training sessions to disseminate best practices in occupational safety. Manage and participate in CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) meetings on construction sites as support, convening designated members and leading meetings, including daily operational issues on the agenda. Participate in seminars, training sessions, congresses, and courses to foster professional exchange and development.
