Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for welcoming customers and delivering outstanding service—either as a Customer Service Representative, by addressing customer needs through pharmaceutical products and services, or as a Cashier, by processing payments and supporting store organization. Opportunities for career growth within the company RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES As a Customer Service Representative, you will welcome customers and provide empathetic, high-quality service. You will address their needs by offering complete solutions—including pharmaceutical products and services, as well as other categories such as dermocosmetics, convenience items, perfumery, nutrition, and general merchandise. You will also ensure store organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations to deliver the best possible customer experience. As a Cashier (Financial Operator), you will handle in-store cash register operations, including payment processing, as well as procedures such as cash drawer opening, cash withdrawals (sangria), and cash drawer closing. You will also support customer service and store organization to enhance our customers’ shopping experience.
