Job Summary: Responsible for weighbridge operation, data recording, and inspection of industrial waste, ensuring traceability and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring traceability and security of industrial waste Responsible for operating the weighbridge during weighing of industrial waste upon vehicle entry and exit, accurately recording weights, timestamps, and information about vehicles and loads. Verifies whether received waste matches declared data on the transport manifest, checking material type, origin, and load condition. Records and controls information in designated systems or forms, ensuring material traceability from receipt to final destination. Works collaboratively with the contract management team to verify customer status (authorizations, pending items, documentary compliance) prior to cargo release or receipt. Also responsible for verifying and issuing weighing-related documents, such as certificates, entry/exit reports, and final destination records, in accordance with legal and operational requirements. Must follow internal safety procedures, environmental control protocols, and applicable regulations, ensuring data integrity and proper industrial waste flow. * Operate the weighbridge for weighing industrial waste during vehicle entry and exit; * Record weighing data (gross weight, tare weight, net weight) and other load-related information; * Verify load documentation (transport manifest, invoice, authorizations); * Confirm load compliance with the waste type declared on the manifest; * Enter data into systems or control spreadsheets; * Issue weighing certificates and final destination reports; * Support the contract management team in verifying customer status (registration, validity, pending items); * Report irregularities or non-conformities to the responsible team; * Ensure proper archiving of documents generated during the process; * Maintain organization and functionality of the weighbridge and waste reception area; * Comply with operational procedures and safety and environmental regulations.
