Logistics development focused on organization and communication Department: Logistics Operations Segment: Road Freight Transportation **About the Position** We are looking for an early-career professional to work as a **Junior Transportation Assistant**, supporting the hiring of affiliated and third-party drivers, with emphasis on organization, document verification, and logistics operation support. **Responsibilities** * Support hiring of **affiliated and third-party drivers** * Basic validation of driver and vehicle data * Support freight posting * Assist in freight negotiations (with guidance) * Guide drivers on: Pickup procedures, Cargo weight, PPE usage * Support communication with: Operations, Sales, Finance, and Drivers * Assist with administrative routines of operations **Requirements** * **Reside in Gravataí** * Completed high school * Preferred: Currently pursuing studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Basic experience in logistics or transportation (internships accepted) * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Good communication skills * Willingness to learn **Expected Behavioral Profile** ✔ Proactivity ✔ Organization ✔ Responsibility ✔ Ability to learn quickly ✔ Good communication **Benefits** * Salary: **R$ 2\.250** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance: **R$ 21.50/day** * Health insurance after 1 year Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.950.00 \- R$2\.250.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
