Logistics coordination and communication with freight carriers **Description:** Experience in controlling incoming and outgoing agricultural inputs, product expiration dates, and inventory preservation; Knowledge of invoice issuance; Technical education in Agriculture and/or Agricultural Technology and/or Agribusiness (registration of Agricultural Technician with CFTA); Microsoft Office suite. Receiving, restocking, organizing, inspecting, and verifying product expiry dates (pesticides, fertilizers, seeds, and specialty products), while monitoring damages and losses from receipt through dispatch (transfers and deliveries to customers), as well as issuing outgoing and incoming invoices to track product inflows and outflows, linking inventory reports by batch and expiry dates (including items nearing expiry); Responsible for inventory organization and stocktaking, monitoring current stock levels to determine adequacy, maintaining orderly storage to ensure workplace accessibility and safety for staff, and sustaining sufficient stock levels to meet sales demand; Controlling goods inflow and outflow; Managing orders, billing, scheduling shipments with logistics teams and producers, ensuring accurate information is provided to users, customers, and colleagues; Contacting freight carriers/transporters to obtain competitive freight quotes for potential inter-unit or customer-property product transfers; Entering general merchandise sales orders and issuing invoices using the company's internal system. 251017020224980137
