




**Job Description** * Perform various operational routines in the deli area, carrying out processes according to operational and commercial needs. * Carry out hygiene procedures for foods and ingredients used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Perform packaging and storage routines for products intended for sale. * Occasionally, as needed, assist in the bakery and butcher departments. **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday, from 12:40 PM to 2:30 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM; Sundays on a rotating schedule. **Prerequisites** * Must be over 18 years of age. * Prior experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary school education.
