Additional benefits: Hazard pay; Benefits include VR R$40.00/day + VT + Hazard pay Responsibilities: Provide qualified patient care within the scope of practice, ensuring effective implementation of the nursing care system while adhering to ethical principles outlined in the current Nursing Code of Ethics. Perform clinical techniques and procedures specific and relevant to the area of practice, in accordance with the current Nursing Code of Ethics. Monitor the care process to ensure service quality and excellence, with a focus on patient satisfaction. Plan, control, and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Periodically assess equipment readiness levels, performing preventive maintenance and calibration. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in emergency and urgent care, as well as pre-hospital care. Pediatric experience is desirable. Flexible availability for shifts.
