




**Job Description:** Develop HR projects and programs, ensuring standardization and alignment with corporate practices. Support recruitment and selection processes for strategic and tactical positions, ensuring hiring accuracy. Execute and/or support talent motivation and retention initiatives, including social responsibility activities, quality-of-life programs, and internal communication. Participate in employee training and development, contributing to professional growth and business results. Represent the company in union negotiations and in relations with industry associations and government agencies. Standardize, monitor, and perform payroll timekeeping entries and other internal HR requirements.
