Ability to interact with the public, proactivity, and punctuality POSITION FOR GRAMADO UNIT External services (delivering kits, collecting samples, delivering diagnostic results to clinics, hospitals, and similar facilities), public interaction, phone and WhatsApp support, test registration, sorting and archiving patient materials, receiving and dispatching materials from other units, issuing invoices, billing procedures performed at the branch, and coordinating test authorizations with health insurance providers. Must demonstrate proper conduct, empathy, ability to interact with patients, proactivity, agility, organization, and punctuality.
