At Grupo Altis, we believe the future of leadership begins with awareness. **What we're looking for:** We are seeking a skilled professional for the position of Videomaker whose mission will be to conceive, produce, capture, and finalize audiovisual content, transforming an idea or briefing into a cohesive and engaging video. This professional will be involved in all stages of video production, from initial planning to final delivery. **Main responsibilities:** * Pre\-Production (Planning): This phase focuses on structuring the project to ensure efficient and goal-aligned recording and editing. (Conceptualization and Scriptwriting, Logistics and Equipment, Briefing and Alignment, Scouting (Location)) * Production (Shooting): This is the filming phase, where the videomaker acts as operator and director. (Image Capture, On-set Direction, Audio Recording, Problem Solving). * Post\-Production (Editing and Finalizing): transforming recorded material into the final product through video editing. (Assembly and Editing, Audio Processing, Visual Enhancement, Graphic Design and Effects, Review and Feedback, Exporting). **Requirements for this role:** * Bachelor’s degree in Film, Radio and TV, Social Communication - Journalism, Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 3 proven years of experience in the entire audiovisual production cycle, from initial concept to final delivery. * Technical knowledge in Scriptwriting and Visual Storytelling: Ability to translate messages into functional scripts and plan shot sequences. * Equipment Management: Knowledge to select appropriate cameras, lenses, microphones, and accessories for each type of project and budget. * Logistics: Planning audio and lighting setup on location (indoor or outdoor) to ensure technical quality from the start. * Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve) is essential. * Communicative profile, team-oriented, extremely detail-oriented, and organized. **Preferred qualifications that will give you an edge:** * Experience in digital companies, startups, or education or technology firms; * Prior work with launches, events, digital products, or personal development profiles. * Postgraduate degrees, long-duration technical or open courses: Certifications and intensive courses focused on filmmaking, lighting, cinematography, and video editing tools. **What we offer:** * Opportunity to work with one of Brazil's leading female personal development profiles; * A fast-paced and challenging work environment; * Freedom to suggest ideas and contribute to the project's growth; * Work model: 100% remote; * Employment type: PJ; Full Time. * Compensation: negotiable. * Paid day off and paid recess. **Interested?
