Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market. **Job Responsibilities:** * Conduct attraction and selection of registered candidates, meeting the requirements described in the job description and analyzing necessary competencies; * Conduct analysis of exit interviews; * Analyze employee development plans (via Workday and forms); * Plan, develop and execute work actions to meet EOS initiatives, promoting continuous improvement of these processes within our unit; * Plan, develop and execute work actions to meet Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, promoting continuous improvement of this process within our unit; * Analyze Personal Development Dialogue (PDD) and Continuous Performance Assessment (CPA) evaluations and their progress; * Conduct market compensation analysis, as well as develop and ensure implementation of the Job and Salary Structure Plan; * Act as responsible party for ISO certifications, support IATF audits, and analyze and execute Mafact actions; * Ensure execution of the annual training plan; * Clarify doubts regarding company HR procedures or guide employees to the appropriate contacts; * Generate process indicators, perform critical analysis and action plans for necessary countermeasures to achieve goals, reporting monthly to the HR Supervisor; * Ensure Workday system updates; * Monitor and manage internship and apprenticeship programs. **Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:** ---------------------------------- At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
