Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to work on-site, ensuring execution, quality, deadlines, and coordination of operational teams for land development or building projects. Solid experience in reading and interpreting construction drawings We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor** with proven experience in land development or building projects, to work directly on-site, ensuring execution, quality, and deadline compliance. Main Responsibilities: ✔ Apply technical procedures related to construction execution ✔ Interpret structural, architectural, and installation drawings ✔ Coordinate operational teams on-site ✔ Monitor the schedule together with engineering ✔ Ensure deadline compliance, quality, and safety regulations ✔ Control materials, equipment, and tools ✔ Identify technical issues and escalate them to the responsible engineer ✔ Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and safety ✔ Complete the daily construction log Requirements: ✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in this role ✔ Experience as a Foreman or Supervisor on land development projects ✔ Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting construction drawings ✔ Experience managing schedules and field teams ✔ Practical knowledge of foundations, structures, and finishes ✔ Availability to work on-site at the coast Preferred Qualifications: * Technical course in building construction * Driver's license category B Expected Competencies: ✔ Firm and collaborative leadership ✔ Organization and planning of simultaneous work fronts ✔ Productivity control ✔ On-site decision-making ✔ Focus on quality and aesthetic standards ✔ Ability to work under pressure Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$7.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work Location: On-site
