We seek professionals with excellent demeanor, friendliness, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist guests cordially and efficiently; * Perform check-in, check-out, and other lodging procedures; * Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local tourist attractions; * Answer telephone calls and manage reservations; * Record guest charges and process account closures; * Ensure the organization and smooth operation of the front desk; * Handle guest requests and assist in resolving any guest-related issues. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a degree or technical qualification in Hospitality is a plus); * Prior experience in front desk operations, customer service, or hospitality; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS); * Basic/intermediate English or Spanish proficiency is considered a plus; * Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
