Customer service and unit inspection The construction company seeks a Civil Engineering Intern in Gravataí (Centro). RNI is a Brazilian company engaged in the development and marketing of real estate projects. Focusing on socially-oriented housing, the company strives to provide affordable, high-quality solutions for its customers. **Responsibilities:** Assist in material and service surveys for procurement and competitive bidding documentation. Conduct training for service providers regarding operational procedures and material specifications, as well as training for internal teams and service providers. Survey ongoing construction services and monitor production targets communicated by the planning team. Inspect and guide service execution and material application under the technical supervision of the immediate supervisor. Provide customer service, conduct unit delivery inspections, and perform technical assistance call inspections. Conduct inspections and complete service verification forms, identifying non-compliant items for resolution by the immediate supervisor. Develop departmental activity schedules and flowcharts following guidance from senior professionals. Perform physical and financial measurements through on-site visits to monitor project progress and record necessary data. Assist in developing execution strategies and recovery plans, regularly evaluating the planning schedule to monitor project progress against predefined deadlines. Maintain an accurate daily construction log including field personnel count and RNI staff, ongoing services, weather conditions, available equipment, material deliveries, etc. Prepare activity delivery reports and update the company’s information system daily and weekly. Perform quality control activities on construction sites using Autodoc forms, ensuring process compliance and reporting irregularities to the immediate supervisor. Perform job duties in full compliance with all organizational health and safety regulations and procedures, and use all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company and mandated for use. Report any activity posing risks to personal or colleagues’ health to the immediate supervisor, including the right to halt any activity presenting a serious and imminent accident risk. Carry out duties in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information. Perform job duties in accordance with standards defined in the company’s Quality Policy. Maintain responsibility for assigned equipment, promptly reporting any issues detected to the immediate supervisor. Keep the workplace clean and organized.
