Come be a connection that solves! **You will be responsible for:** * Leading, developing, and engaging the team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment; * Managing store operations, ensuring excellence in process execution and customer experience; * Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing results, and implementing action plans to achieve and exceed targets; * Planning, organizing, and overseeing store operational and commercial routines; * Managing people, delivering feedback, monitoring performance, and encouraging employee development; * Ensuring compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures; * Disseminating and embodying Group Lebes principles, values, and culture, serving as a role model for the team; * Identifying improvement opportunities and proposing actions that enhance operational efficiency and business results. **Requirements:** * Solid retail industry experience; * Experience in leadership and team management roles; * Completed high school education.
