





**Position Description**: The Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for ensuring the operation and security of the company's entire IT infrastructure. This role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing servers, networks, operating systems, databases, and security solutions, always striving for continuous improvement and service availability. This position is essential for technological support and the company's evolution. **Requirements** * Networking: In-depth knowledge of network architectures, protocols, routing, switching, network security, and multi\-site environments. Experience with configuration and management of network equipment. * Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux environments, including installation, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of Active Directory for identity and access management, policies. * Information Security (Cybersecurity): Understanding of security concepts such as firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, vulnerability management, and best practices for data protection. Experience with SOC (Security Operations Center) and NOC (Network Operations Center) for incident monitoring and response using ZABBIX and GRAFANA. * Virtualization: Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper\-V, or other server and desktop virtualization solutions. * Cloud Computing: Knowledge of hardware orchestration in cloud environments (on\-premise and cloud), including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. Familiarity with cloud providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is a plus. * Data Management: Ability to manage backups and disaster recovery, ensuring data integrity and availability. Knowledge of storage systems (SAN, NAS). * Telephony and Communications: Understanding of IP telephony systems (VoIP), PABX, and other communication solutions. * Microsoft 365: Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment, including email management (Exchange Online), users, Office accounts, Teams, Power BI, and licensing (a plus). * CCTV: Knowledge of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems for monitoring and security. * Certifications: Holding recognized certifications in the field (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security\+, ITIL) is essential. * Infrastructure Mapping: Ability to perform detailed mapping of the IT infrastructure, documenting assets, topologies, and workflows.
