This position seeks a professional with a **more technical and analytical profile**, responsible for procurement of **automotive parts and aftermarket materials**. Responsibilities include quotations, BID processes, supplier development, make-or-buy analyses, strategic negotiations, and participation in global meetings. Technical knowledge, cost awareness, and strong decision-making capability are essential.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Conduct quotations and manage BID processes for AFM materials.
* Identify and develop new automotive parts suppliers.
* Analyze and perform make-or-buy comparisons, recommending the optimal solution for the company.
* Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to achieve *saving* targets, increase *working capital*, and meet delivery deadlines.
* Manage the AFM supplier database, ensuring up-to-date registrations, pricing, and records.
* Conduct detailed analyses and strategic negotiations regarding supplier claims—especially price increases due to global factors—and propose alternative solutions to mitigate financial impact.
* Perform cost knowledge and analysis via *cost breakdown*.
* Review and manage contracts, revising and drafting clauses aligned with negotiation strategy.
* Identify and implement *saving* opportunities, focusing on cost reduction and optimization of available resources.
* Rationalize the supplier base by promoting consolidation and reduction to improve process efficiency and control.
* Negotiate extended payment terms with suppliers to secure more favorable conditions for the company’s cash flow.
* Address internal customer requests, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with established requirements.
* Manage and resolve pricing and invoice discrepancies, ensuring transaction accuracy and maintaining positive supplier relationships.
* Actively participate in global meetings, contributing insights and strategies for supplier management and alignment with organizational goals.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in: Administration, International Trade. Preferred: Engineering (Mechanical, Production, etc.).
* Preferred experience in supplier/product development; technical knowledge of automotive parts.
* English: Advanced/Fluent (mandatory, as interface with Global teams is required).
* Soft skills: Acuity, strong technical/analytical orientation, ability to act quickly and independently; focus on analysis and strategic decision-making; ease of adherence to procedures; interpersonal relationship skills.
