We are expanding our franchises and strengthening our capabilities. **Job Description** * Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources. * Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans. * Define goals and milestones to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. * Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and efficiency. * Delegate tasks according to individual competencies and monitor performance. * Provide support and training to foster team development. * Monitor project progress using key performance indicators (KPIs). * Control costs and ensure the project remains within the approved budget. * Implement adjustments and solutions to keep the project on track in case of deviations. * Facilitate status and alignment meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, challenges, and achievements. * Manage expectations and ensure deliverables meet customer requirements. * Ensure deliverables comply with established quality standards. * Implement continuous review and feedback processes for improvement. * Document lessons learned to optimize future projects. * Prepare project progress and closure reports, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. * Maintain organized records for audits and future analysis. * Comply with regulatory body requirements; **Qualifications** * Intermediate English; * Solid knowledge of projects and plastic injection processes, including mold design and injection parameters. * Ability to develop technical documents, dossiers, and reports related to plastic injection molds. * Leadership and management skills to coordinate teams and ensure efficient project execution. * Analytical and problem-solving aptitude, capable of identifying issues, proposing solutions, and making data-driven decisions. * Excellent communication skills, facilitating interaction with different company departments and external suppliers. * Results-oriented, constantly pursuing excellence and achievement of defined objectives. * Proactivity and initiative, able to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement positive changes. * Capacity for research and continuous updating on new technologies, tools, and trends related to plastic injection. * Knowledge of the plastic injection market and its demands, to identify business opportunities. **Additional Information** Our Recruitment Process We believe in a transparent and straightforward recruitment process to ensure an excellent fit for you and our team.
