Operational supervision and cost control Main Responsibilities **Sales and Results Management** * Monitor daily revenue, TKM, and PPT targets * Develop strategies to increase sales and conversion * Track individual and collective team performance * Ensure execution of commercial campaigns and promotions **People Management** * Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team * Conduct training and performance follow-up * Organize work schedules, time off, and team coverage * Provide feedback, warnings, and guidance as needed * Maintain a respectful and professional work environment **Store Operations** * Supervise store opening and closing procedures * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and visual standards * Control merchandise restocking and inventory * Monitor administrative and financial processes * Verify cash registers, deposits, and operational documents **Cost Control** * Monitor operational expenses (electricity, discounts, losses) * Seek cost reduction without compromising sales * Ensure proper use of company resources **Customer Service** * Ensure excellence in customer service standards * Resolve customer complaints and issues * Guarantee professional conduct by the team Behavioral Responsibilities * Act with ethics and professionalism * Refrain from moral harassment or disrespectful behavior * Maintain confidentiality regarding internal company matters * Direct complaints and issues only to superiors * Serve as a role model for conduct, commitment, and organization Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$6.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Leadership (Mandatory) * Sales (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
