Creation and updating of technical processes A financial institution is seeking an N1 Technical Support Assistant in Gravataí. Safe2Pay is a company offering online payment solutions, facilitating financial transactions for e-commerce and digital businesses. With a focus on security and innovation, the company aims to optimize the purchasing experience for consumers and merchants. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service through our channels: WhatsApp, Chat, Tickets, Email, and phone. Administer and manage customer interactions and tickets. Identify issues during customer interactions, analyze critical cases, and resolve inquiries. Escalate critical cases to the responsible team and track ticket progress. Analyze data and generate reports upon customer request. Proactively collaborate with other Safe2Pay teams to deliver customer-focused initiatives. Provide basic integration support to developers. Deliver high-quality service to Safe2Pay customers to ensure satisfaction targets are met. Create and update technical processes in the team’s knowledge base. Participate in internal team alignment meetings. Previous experience as a Junior Technical Support Analyst, Help Desk Assistant, Level 1 Support Technician, or Customer Support Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this role.
