Job Summary: Technical support professional in telecommunications for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and systems, performing on-site and remote support. Work in compliance with safety regulations and procedures Provide technical support in telecommunications, assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and systems (e.g., PBX, voice gateways, and servers), performing on-site and remote support, executing connectivity tests and fault diagnostics, ensuring proper operation of voice and data solutions, always in compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telecommunications equipment * Perform on-site technical support when required * Respond to technical service requests via phone and email * Conduct basic connectivity, cabling, and equipment tests * Install equipment such as voice gateways and servers * Assist in fault diagnosis and monitor corrective actions * Complete technical reports and service records * Work in compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or related fields * Basic knowledge of networking, structured cabling, and telecommunications equipment * Solid understanding of VoIP and SIP protocol troubleshooting * Knowledge of ISDN protocol * Experience maintaining IP and digital PBX systems * Valid driver's license, minimum category B, and availability for on-site work * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and willingness to learn **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in field activities * Knowledge of IP networks, VoIP, or leased lines * Technical certifications in telecommunications
