Hands-on experience in assembling, maintaining, and installing systems and equipment Responsibilities / Duties: * Support activities related to **IT technical support** (hardware and software); * Assembling, maintaining, and performing basic diagnostics on computers and laptops; * Installing and configuring operating systems, drivers, and applications; * Supporting **on-site technical visits**, accompanying installations and maintenance tasks; * Installing and providing basic support for networking equipment (routers, switches, Wi-Fi); * Assisting in installation and testing of connected devices (e.g., cameras, sensors, IoT equipment); * Organizing IT equipment, materials, and tools; * Supporting documentation of service requests and technical procedures; * Assisting the IT analyst with daily tasks. * Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in IT, Networking, Informatics, or related fields is desirable); Desired Knowledge: * Basic knowledge of **computer maintenance**; * Basic knowledge of **computer networks** (IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi); * Familiarity with Windows operating systems; * Initial knowledge of network cabling; * Interest in technologies such as **IoT, CCTV, and IT infrastructure**; * Prior experience in technical support or installations is a plus.
