Job Summary: An IT professional focused on computer maintenance, user support, IT inventory management, and technical support to vendors. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support 2. IT equipment inventory management 3. Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 * Computer and notebook maintenance (hardware and software diagnostics, formatting, and system installation). * User support (on-site and remote assistance, ticket registration and tracking). * Basic knowledge of **Active Directory** (user creation and maintenance, password resets, basic groups and permissions). * Proficiency in **Microsoft 365** (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). * Familiarity with **Microsoft Azure**, especially fundamental identity concepts and hybrid environments. * IT equipment inventory control (notebooks, desktops, and peripherals). Assistance in vendor communication and internal ticket tracking.
