We are seeking an Administrative Receptionist to work at our Test Center, ensuring organization, guidance, and smooth operation of daily routines, serving as the first point of contact for candidates and visitors.

***️ Position: Administrative Receptionist – Test Center***
* We are looking for an organized, courteous, and detail-oriented individual to work at the reception desk of our Test Center, serving as the first point of contact for candidates and visitors, ensuring organization, guidance, and efficient on-site routine operations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Greet candidates and visitors, providing initial orientation and directions
* Manage entry, identification, and flow of people in the facility
* Organize documents, lists, and administrative records
* Support room preparation for exam administration
* Provide basic operational assistance and escalate to IT/Help Desk when necessary
* Assist with institutional communication and support for meetings in English
**Location:** *Vila Leopoldina – SP*
**Working Hours:**
* Monday to Friday, **10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**, plus *2 Saturdays per month (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM)*
**Availability:**
* Occasional shifts on Sundays and holidays (when events occur)
Salary:
* R$ 2\.200,00

Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
