**Job Description*** Prepare pre-preparation and preparation of products according to recipes and technical specifications. * Perform hygiene of foods and inputs used in the production process. * Provide customer service within your work area. * Carry out packaging and product storage routines for commercialization. * Perform cleaning of equipment used in the production process. * As needed, support the deli and butcher departments. **Working Hours*** Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 9:40 PM. Sundays on a rotating schedule. **Prerequisites*** Must be over 18 years old. • Previous experience in food handling is desirable. * Elementary education.
