Responsibilities and Assignments * Monitoring and supervision of on-site silviculture activities related to forest establishment and maintenance operations; * Training and guidance of the silviculture team on current operational procedures; * Participation, alongside the quality team, in operational audits and verification of compliance with operational procedure requirements; * Support in decision-making regarding: handling of non-conformities, generation of quality indicators, regional input inventory control, production and quality reporting; * Basic computer literacy; * Individuals with interest and ability to overcome daily challenges alongside the forest quality team; Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Forestry is an advantage; * Knowledge of all forest establishment and maintenance activities; * Valid driver’s license: A/B; * Willingness to reside on the company’s farms; * Location: Grajau–MA 2512210202551875450
