We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equal opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect vehicle usability and operational conditions at the start of each shift to ensure it is fit for operation. * Operate the vehicle safely, adhering to conduct standards, internal procedures, training, and the National Traffic Code. * Operate and assess the functionality of lifting machinery and equipment, verifying instrument panels, power sources, and operational conditions. * Assist in traffic operations activities, ensuring the safety of professionals and highway users. * Support the installation of signage at designated work sites, in compliance with regulations, training, and internal procedures, including completion of specific reports and documentation. * Properly use systems and resources provided by the organization to perform assigned tasks. * Contact the Operations Control Center (CCO) via radio to report movements, receive instructions, or request support, as needed. * Notify the maintenance team of any equipment abnormalities encountered during transit or upon completion of operations. * Participate in field infrastructure development and equipment installation. * Ensure proper driving, refueling, preservation, preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle, and safeguard transported materials. * Drive the line-painting truck for horizontal road signage services, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with technical standards. * Lead the team in the absence of the supervisor/foreman, guaranteeing execution according to schedule and contractual requirements. * Monitor task execution to ensure adherence to established deadlines and avoid penalties imposed by the Regulatory Agency. * Perform horizontal road signage services in accordance with company standards and procedures. * Comply with and enforce quality, road safety, occupational safety, environmental, and emergency protocol standards. * Contribute to appropriate waste management in line with unit standards and environmental impacts associated with the activity. * Act in accordance with Motiva’s Golden Rules, preventing unsafe behaviors and reinforcing safe work routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Completed elementary education; Valid driver’s license category D; Availability to work on rotating shifts. **You stand out if you have:** Prior experience operating a **Munck truck**. Experience driving heavy vehicles (Truck, Toco, Trailer, Munck, or Wrecker).
