Support to the technical team in organizing tools and workspaces We are a company of the **Ferrarin Group**, operating as the authorized dealer for **New Holland** agricultural machinery across various cities in Rio Grande do Sul (RS), and we are seeking a **General Services Assistant – Workshop** to work in **Capivari do Sul/RS**. Job Responsibilities: Perform cleaning and organization of the workshop and yard, ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for operational activities; Assist in waste collection, sorting, and proper disposal (e.g., oil, grease, and other materials), in compliance with environmental regulations and internal procedures; Support the technical team in organizing tools, equipment, and workspaces whenever necessary; Maintain the workplace environment, contributing to order, cleanliness, and good condition of facilities; Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, correctly using PPE and reporting potential hazards; Support workshop operational routines, contributing to smooth daily operations. **Required Qualifications:** Completed elementary education; Availability to work in a workshop environment with machinery, parts, and agricultural implements; Proactivity, organizational skills, and sense of responsibility; Commitment to safety regulations and best practices in the workplace. **Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience in general services, industrial cleaning, or workshop environments; Basic knowledge of waste disposal and organizational practices in operational environments.
