As a Junior Accountant Analyst, you will be responsible for the billing process for clients in the Maintenance area, as well as internal customer service and support for departments requiring review and re-billing. **Responsibilities** * Handling operational customer service requests related to billing and withheld taxes; * Providing customer service (Private and Public sectors) and accredited network support regarding application, correction, and clarification of tax regulations (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, ISS, and IRRF); * Supporting Fleet Managers via all communication channels; * Daily reporting routine; * Liaising with the Field Consultants team; * Supporting other areas within the Operations Platform. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related fields; * Professional experience in finance and administration; * Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of billing processes or finance-related activities; * Customer-oriented profile; * Strong communication skills and demonstrated proactivity; **Work model:** Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week in the office) **Work location:** Porto Alegre - RS **Apply now and Vibe with Us!**
