Here, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within an innovative environment alongside a high-performance team, tackling real-world challenges and building impactful solutions. ### **About the Role** As an **FP\&A Senior Analyst**, you will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic financial planning, acting as a business partner to departments for cost analysis, project feasibility assessment, KPI development and monitoring, and P\&L management. You must anticipate trends, rapidly adapt to change, and ensure accurate analyses of costs and operational efficiency. You will maintain an end\-to\-end view of processes, adopting an analytical mindset, promoting accountability, and engaging directly with stakeholders and investors. You will also champion a culture of resource optimization, high efficiency, and lean structure. ### **Key Challenges** * Proactively monitor and optimize P\&L, cash flow, and costs—ensuring accuracy in financial forecasting and adapting to business dynamics; * Lead annual budget development, periodically track actual vs. forecast performance, and swiftly address variances by implementing course corrections; * Produce clear, strategic reports for the board, investors, and stakeholders—keeping them informed on trends, concerns, and key developments; * Identify process improvement opportunities, propose, and implement innovative alternatives to optimize resource utilization and automate financial workflows (including tools and ERP); * Support international expansion initiatives and ensure efficient structuring and maintenance of the company’s product costing model. ### **Minimum Requirements** * Solid experience in financial modeling: short-, medium-, and long-term projections (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements); * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets; * Experience implementing ERP systems; * Advanced knowledge of KPIs and P\&L; * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of managerial accounting; * Analytical, entrepreneurial mindset, and drive to learn and grow; * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or equivalent experience; * Advanced English proficiency. ### **Desirable Qualifications** * Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge. ### **Benefits \& Azion Way of Life** * CLT employment contract; * Health and dental insurance; * Flexible VR and VA (Flash Card), including during vacation periods; * Transportation allowance (no payroll deduction); * Annual internal hackathons; * Mobility allowance (additional amount for commuting); * Freestyle (incentive to customize your workstation); * Stock options (per policy); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Flexible working hours (truly flexible); * Nomad Program—work from anywhere for up to 30 days per year (per policy); * Annual international exchange program. ### **FlexWork Model** We offer a FlexWork model prioritizing cultural integration and collaboration.
