Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for monitoring worker attendance, material usage, equipment utilization, and overall project progress, while guiding teams and documenting activities.

The professional will maintain oversight of various project aspects, including worker attendance, material usage, equipment utilization, and overall construction progress. They will conduct labor surveys and records at the site, issue work orders, monitor measurements, and manage material inventory inflows and outflows.
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor workforce attendance through manual, mechanical, or digital recording methods;
* Collect time cards or attendance records, and track absences and tardiness.
* Monitor and record data derived from labor timekeeping to enable calculation and analysis of personnel indicators and support evaluation of team performance;
* Guide teams across various departments on matters related to labor timekeeping to clarify doubts;
* Forward documents and relay information to supervisors and other departments to report incidents and workplace accidents. Document activities by preparing attendance charts and reports.
* Draft memoranda, organize, dispatch, and archive documentation related to departmental activities;
* Complete timekeeping forms, printed materials, forms, guides, bulletins, and material requisition forms;
* Instruct workers on occupational safety, participating in the Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS).
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Completed High School
* **Desirable:** Driver's License Class "B"
* **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**
* **Willingness to travel within the Osório/SP region.**

**Working Hours:**
Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Fridays until 4:00 PM. One-hour lunch break.
